This online course encompasses an introduction to working the horse in long reins, as well as an in-depth discussion on the four main classical principles. Tack, safety, body language, and appropriate body positions are discussed. Over the four week course, basic work in transitions, the turn on the forehand, reverse pirouette, turn on the haunches, and walk pirouette will be taught. Option 1 includes one consult at the end of the course, which may be a video critique, and/or a phone call, email, or zoom meeting discussion to go over progress and how to continue developing positively through any problems.
