The Intermediate Work in Hand online course focuses on shoulder in and travers, and spans over 4 weeks. How to begin the exercises, develop them, and particular exercises to work on are given in the course. The Group option  includes the course material as well as one consultation weekly with the group, through a private facebook group or zoom meeting. The instructor is available for Q & A and discussion during the length of the course.
