The Intermediate Work in Hand online course focuses on shoulder in and travers, and spans over 4 weeks. How to begin the exercises, develop them, and particular exercises to work on are given in the course. Option 1 includes the course material as well as one consultation at the end of the course, which may be a video critique and/or email, phone call, or zoom discussion.
