CA Bacchus was born March 3, 2008. He is by Navarre GF out of CA Mireal. He is registered through the PRE Mundial, IALHA, and inscription in ANCCE pending.
He is a wonderful combination of the older lines coming from Navarre GF through Teodoro. Ladina, Navarre's dam, was sired by the great Maria Fernandez de Escalera stallion Ganadro VIII, also sire of the first Elite stallion of the PRE, Ermitano III. Bacchus' dam line has a high percentage of Guardiola on the top side through Feudal VIII.
I acquired Bacchus as an unstarted 5 year old. He quickly learned to develop trust and connection with me, and has developed into a powerful, light stallion who loves to learn. He has an incredible work ethic. He is forward thinking, safe and solid, yet sensitive and powerful.

He is working in classical dressage. His aptitudes are in the lateral work and half pass, Spanish Walk, and expressive flying changes. He is working on establishing piaffe under saddle, and canter pirouettes. Bacchus is the horse I always look to first in terms of riding if I am injured. He is that solid!
He passes on his fabulous movement and temperament to his progeny, many of which are of the Quarter Horse breed or other breeds. I have particularly liked his Aztecas!!!!
